Main functional duties:

• analysis and optimization of settlement processes; 
• collection, detailing and formalization of business requirements; 
• description of AS-IS and TO-BE processes, preparation of technical specifications and business rules; 
• participation in automation projects: setting tasks, coordinating solutions, testing changes; 
• construction of reporting and dashboards; 
• work with large data sets to study trends and anomalies; 
• participation in the analysis of incidents, description of errors, control of corrections; 
• interaction with IT departments, actuaries, operations and finance teams;
• support of new product launches from the settlement side.

Candidate requirements:

• experience work in the field of insurance: analytics, settlement, product;
• confident knowledge of loss settlement processes;
• experience of describing processes and requirements;
• experience of participation in automation and digitization projects;
• experience of working with Excel and SQL;
• skills of IT systems administration at the level of a business analyst.
