Our large team is looking for a talented and experienced compliance analyst to the Mercedes-Benz dealer network development department.

Requirements:

• Higher legal/economic education;
• Work experience of 1 year in related processes will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) at a confident level user;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.;
• Knowledge of 1C operating systems, BAF, etc. will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details. Orientation to results and processes, critical thinking;
• Ability to navigate legislation;

Responsibilities:

• Checking document packages for compliance with established standards and identification of potential risks.
• Preparation of reports, recommendations based on the analysis of inspection data arrays.
• Evaluation of situations/conditions of potential risks and provision of recommendations for their prevention.
• Support of those responsible during audits and external compliance dialogues.
• Preparation of training materials and presentations on the subject compliance.
• Administrative support for the work of the department (collection, systematization of documents; sending, receiving correspondence).
