Main duties:

• Reporting support: Update and modification of current reports, summary tables and analytical tools in Excel, Power BI.
• CRM administration: Ensuring correct storage, updating and analysis of data in the CRM system, quality control, interaction with service providers.
• Calculation preparation: Development of analytical calculations and preparation of reports at the request of management, data analysis to support adoption business solutions.
• Optimization of processes: Identification of opportunities for improvement of current reporting systems and proposals for their optimization.

Necessary technical skills and knowledge:

• Excel: Confident mastery of data processing tools (formulas, pivot tables, graphs, Power Pivot, Power Query, OLAP cubes).
• Power BI: Basic skills of creating dashboards and reports, integration of data from various sources.
• CRM administration: Understanding the principles of CRM systems, support experience and updating data.
• Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze large volumes of data, find patterns and prepare understandable reports.
