E BOOKSTORE is a large all-Ukrainian chain of bookstores, which was one of the first to promote Ukrainian books and has successfully maintained this position for over 18 years.

Now we continue to actively develop and expand, so we are looking for your team of an experienced analyst.

What will be included in your duties?

• Formation of analytical reports, dashboards;
• Optimization of the management reporting system and participation in the development of new reporting systems and forms;
• Monitoring of book trade market indicators and analysis of competitor activities;
• In-depth fact-plan analysis of the company's operational activities;

Our expectations from of the candidate (-ky):

• Has a higher professional education (cybernetics, mathematics, statistics, management, technical specialties);
• Confident user of Ms Office and Google sheets;
• Proficient in basic and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, graphs, modeling, etc.);
• Able to collect, systematize, analyze and group large volumes of data;
• Able to understand the analyzed indicators and the processes they affect and predict the obstacles or benefits they may create;
• Visualization of financial reports;
• Thinks logically and is able to independently develop new systems of information analysis and reporting forms;
• Experience of working with BI systems or other programs for data processing and systematization will be an advantage.
