Analyst in EDS Group

Goal of the vacancy:

Providing the company with timely and high-quality analytical support.

Responsibilities:

• Independent management of analytical projects — from setting the task to presentation of results.
• Preparation, updating and automation of regular reporting (operational, financial, commercial, marketing).
• Deep analysis of data on sales, balances, purchases, logistics; monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI).
• Collection, processing and visualization of data from various sources (ERP, Excel, SQL).
• Active communication with internal customers: clarification of goals, adaptation of reporting to user needs, presentation of conclusions.
• Construction of dashboards and reports using Power Query / PILOT.
• Optimization of existing reporting, creation of new formats according to needs of business.
• Participation in improving forecasting, planning and performance evaluation processes.

Requirements:

• Experience as an analyst (preferably in the fields of sales, procurement or logistics) from 3 years.
• Practical skills in sales and procurement planning.
• Confident command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, PILOT, VBA - will be an advantage).
• Understanding the basics of commercial analytics: turnover, margin, product turnover, balances, distribution, etc.
• Experience in building interactive reports and dashboards.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work independently.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data, structure information, formulate clear conclusions and recommendations.
• High level of self-organization and the ability to work effectively in multitasking conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with requests from different levels of management.
