Tasks:
- Ensuring the functioning of the change management system (planning, coordination, documentation, implementation, closing) within the framework of a trusted business domain
- Conducting qualitative interviews of business users, recording results to identify potential areas of functionality development
- Analysis of the company's existing business processes with the aim of determining the requirements for information systems
- Documentation of business processes at all stages of the life cycle (identification and research, description, approval, creation of controls, introduction of changes, monitoring and optimization)
- Documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements for the development of functionality Software
- Coordinating business requirements for functionality development with business process owners
- Managing the implementation of solutions, adjusting plans and prioritizing requirements
- Creating own and analyzing existing BPMN schemes (BPMN 2.0 notation)
- Setting tasks for developers and monitoring the results of their development within the limits of their project solutions
- Development of test cases, testing and preparation of results
- Creation of user instructions and provision of advice on working with system functionality
Requirements:
- Proficiency in key business analysis practices for requirements management. Planning and monitoring, discovery and collaboration, requirements lifecycle management, requirements specification and modeling, risk assessment and restrictions
- Proficiency in modeling business processes and information systems. Process modeling methods, relationships of data, objects, systems. Possession of special software tools for building models (BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect, Business Studio, MS Visual Studio, WorkFlow Designer)
- Skills in identifying deltas between standard system functions and user business actions, and bringing user actions to a conventional standard
- Ability to find and offer business users a workaround (workaround); if the standard does not cover the business needs, and there is no standard in the solution map yet
- Owning project management methodologies and writing technical documentation. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Critical Path Method. Requirements specifications BRS, FRS, PRS, SRS
- Knowledge of key user interview techniques, organization and negotiation, protocol. The process of collecting requirements, types and levels of requirements (business vrequirements, usage scenarios, functional requirements), the basics of interviewing, the psychology of communication
- Knowing the basics of information technologies. Basic concepts and principles of building Information systems and their architecture, basics of database management systems Access, MS SQL, MySQL, basics of data protection (authentication, authorization, encryption, licensing)
- Knowledge of information systems, terminology, business processes of the customer's subject area. Enterprise management information systems (ERP, CRM)
