Analyst in Staff Service

Our partner, one of the leading international agricultural companies in Ukraine, is opening a competition for the position of "Analyst"

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of calculation and analytical forms
• Calculation and implementation in the accounting systems of discounts: current and after-sales
• Control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations by customers (current sections by purchase volumes, calculation of fines, exchange rate differences, etc.)
• Work with agricultural receipts: calculation of debt, control of payment terms, control of fulfillment of obligations for removal from registers, etc.
• Performance of adjustments in accounting systems to expense invoices (price changes)
• Collection, structuring and summary of information to data arrays
• Preparation of various calculations and analytical materials according to the instructions of the manager
• Participation in the development and implementation of the operational control system of the department
  
  Requirements:
  • Graduate higher education: economics, finance, mechmat
  • Work experience from 2- x years in the field of analytics, audit, finance with a focus on commercial analytics
  • Relevant experience in agricultural companies will be an advantage
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • High level of 1C proficiency ( SBO / SAP is welcome)
  • The level of English is not lower than Intermediate, fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language
  • Willingness to work overtime during periods of peak workload (spring and autumn seasons)
