Currently, we have an open vacancy for an Analyst at the ENKO label. 

ENKO is a Ukrainian music multi-genre label, the goal of which is to create new Ukrainian music and promote it around the world. The label, which is the fastest growing on the Ukrainian market, strengthened its success with the victory of the Kalush Orchestra at Eurovision and is the main Ukrainian partner of the major labels Sony Music Group and Universal Music Group.

• You have 2-3 years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst; 

• Experience with various methods of data collection and analysis;

• In-depth knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio or other similar data management software;

• Proficiency in SQL;

• Analytical thinking, attentiveness and a responsible attitude to deadlines;

• Experience in effective communication; 

• Experience of working in a dynamic environment;

• Average level of English;

• Proactive position at work, initiative and leadership skills;

• Readiness for routine tasks. 

• Formation and audit of analytical reports on label activities;

• Communication with label partners (Universal, Sony) regarding royalty payments;

• Formation of reporting for each artist on account of royalty payments;

• Preparation of dashboards with royalty statistics for artists; 

• Verification, control of reporting and publishing payments;

• Managing the catalog of documents and media files of the label (Looker Studio);

• Business communication with clients and label partners;

• Preparation of reporting at the request of the distribution department;

• Providing the financial department with the necessary data on the payment of royalties;

• Control of data filling by the operational department for full management of artists, in terms of data from streaming platforms.
