Analyst in Union Group

In connection with active development, the Union Group of Companies invites candidates to participate in the competition for the position Analyst.

Requirements:

• work with analytical tools (MS SQL, Excel, Power BI);
• processing and consolidation of large data sets from various systems;
• mastery of statistics, forecasting, and analysis methods;
• Power BI analytical skills (DAX formulas, Power Query, M language, work in the Advanced Editor).

Functional duties:

Analytics of business units:

• forecasting and analysis key sales indicators;
• evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
• analysis of indicators of loyalty programs (segmentation of the customer base, % of new customers, retention rate, outflow rate, % use of bonuses, etc.);
• modeling and calculation of conditions for new loyalty programs;
• making changes to the conditions of existing loyalty programs.

Reportability:

• preparation of information and analytical reports;
• visualization of results;
• search for patterns and explanations of results with the help of data analysis;
• development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards.
