Main work tasks:

< li>Participation in projects (including OSS/BSS system);
• Optimization of existing company business processes;
• Development and coordination of new business processes;
• Interaction with units performing business functions;
• Development of technical and supporting documentation;
• Analysis of process change orders or development of new processes within projects and tasks;

• Collection, analysis and summarization of requirements for changing the settings/configuration of processes;
• Organization of system/functional testing;
• Participation in the preparation of analytical reporting of the division;
• li>Setting tasks for the implementation of functionality to the contractor's team; • Interaction with contractors.

You are our candidate if:

• Higher technical education;
• Work experience of at least 2 years as an analyst, specialist in business process optimization;
• Experience of participation in projects on implementation of OSS systems;
• Knowledge of telecommunication technologies (OSS / BSS);
• Successful experience in implementing IT projects;
• Experience in developing technical and user documentation and production tasks for the development of software products;
• Experience of training and presentations;
• Experience of gathering requirements from a business customer;
• Experience of description, modeling, analysis and optimization of business processes;
• Skills of modeling business processes in any commonly accepted notation;
• Competent oral and written language;
• English at the intermediate level (preferred);
• Activity, sociability, analytical mindset.
