Analyst in The Capital, AN

T.H.E. Capital, a premium real estate agency, is looking for a specialist for the position of analyst. Our agency consists of young and ambitious professionals who know how to turn everyday work into real pleasure.

What will you do?:

• Provide analytical support
• Develop a reporting ecosystem;
• Take ownership of company data and insights by becoming the primary point of contact for data;
• Visualize performance metrics with dashboards to enable end users to make decisions on based on data;
• Identify and calculate relevant KPIs to monitor performance;
• Perform in-depth analysis of metrics to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 2-3 years of successful work experience in a similar position;
• You have strong analytical skills: the ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw practical conclusions ;
• You have advanced practical experience with SQL;
• You know how to work with APIs (loading and transforming data from services into insights and recommendations);
• You have data visualization skills and experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau);
• You have a deep understanding of the variables that affect product profitability;
• You have an understanding of the general principles of customer service with from the point of view of business goals;
• You have strong communication skills.
