Functional duties: collection, processing and analysis of large volumes of data; automation and optimization of data processing processes: participation in the implementation of automated systems for effective data processing and analysis ; analysis and improvement of business processes in the field of HR to increase efficiency and optimization of work processes; participation in the preparation and updating of project and technical documents for the automation of HR business processes (hiring, dismissal, personnel evaluation, training, etc.); ensuring compliance with security standards and data privacy (for example, GDPR, HIPAA) Requirements for the candidate: complete higher education; work experience in the direction of the position - at least 2 years; mandatory mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); preferred mastery of Power BI, Visio.
