Requirements: Higher education, preferably technical; Experience in the field of production; Confident command of data analysis methods and statistical tools; High level of mastery of Google Sheets, Power BI or similar tools; Ability to work in a team, high analytical and problem-oriented thinking; Good communication skills and the ability to effectively present the results of the analysis; Initiative, Communicability, Orientation to the result, Perseverance, Positive thinking, Ambition, Creativity. Functional duties: Collection and analysis of production data in order to identify trends and improving production efficiency; Conducting research and analysis of production processes in order to identify opportunities for optimization and improving product quality; Development of reports and presentations with the results of data analysis for management and production divisions; Cooperation with engineers, production personnel and other departments to implement production improvements and initiatives; Implementation of monitoring and quality control systems in production in order to ensure high quality of products. Working conditions: Transparent salary, all white on the card. Trial period 1 month. - 35 thousand hryvnias, after 40 thousand hryvnias. Five-day work week (Monday-Friday); Paid holidays, sick leave.
