  • Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge of the product, answers to basic product questions and ways to solve technical problems questions

    • Accept incoming calls/requests for work in the product/bugs in the product

    • Answers to questions in support chats

    • Help in solving questions online

    • Fixing bugs for the IT department">Contact with the client resolution of the issue for setting up further work

    • Control of deadlines for solving the Client's issues
