Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and support day-to-day responsibilities AML team management, including investigation and reporting of suspicious activity.
Improve, update and maintain AML team policies and procedures, as well as AML training modules.< /p>
Development and management of a team of anti-money laundering specialists.
Assist in the design, development and implementation of a risk assessment system and relevant AML monitoring tools.

Requirements for candidates:
At least 2 years of experience in an AML role, ideally in the iGaming industry.
In-depth, comprehensive knowledge of KYC, Due Diligence and AML procedures.
Experience with regulatory and legal acts in in the field of gambling will be an advantage.
English - C1 level
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of management.
Ability to work with limited supervision and comfortable making decisions independently.
Problem solving skills with proven process improvement experience.
