In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Amazon Strategists, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, managing client advertising budgets, and ensuring that team members are delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving team performance and delivering exceptional results for clients.RESPONSIBILITIES Leading the team of strategists and ensuring they are delivering high-quality results by evaluating their work based on the scorecardAnalyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimizationCommunicating with clients to discuss performance and recommend strategies for improvementManaging client advertising budgets and ensuring they are being utilized effectivelyDeveloping and maintaining reporting dashboards for clients and internal stakeholdersDeveloping and implementing a training program for new strategistsProviding ongoing training and support for existing strategists to improve their skills and knowledgeWorking with strategists to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coachingWorking with the strategist to identify and resolve client issuesImplementing programs to improve employee engagement and satisfactionFostering a positive and inclusive team culture and promote work-life balanceCoordinating team capacity in order to provide strategists with attainable goals and workloads and to increase team's productivityEstablishing a hierarchy between action items that will enable each strategist to reach setted results and objectivesREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's DegreeProven experience in PPC and leadershipStrong knowledge of PPC Highly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developmentsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teamsProven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to details and documentationKnowledge of English: C1COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salarySemi flexible working hours Remote work year-round  25 PTOs per year9 National HolidaysProfessional trainingContinuous growthThis will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire.Working hours: 6am-11am PST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible.
