We're currently seeking a dedicated and personable Senior Amazon Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in setting up and managing our Amazon account while also crafting and executing tailored strategies for our clients. This dynamic position involves establishing robust connections, understanding each client's unique business objectives, devising effective advertising and promotional plans, and collaborating closely with various departments within our agency to ensure client success.Responsibilities:● Drive sales growth for clients' Amazon accounts through strategic planning and execution.● Collaborate with clients to establish sales targets and develop customized strategies to achieve them effectively.● Manage clients' annual promotional budgets, including creating seasonal promotional strategies for events like Mother's Day, Christmas, Prime Day, Black Friday, etc., while allocating budgets for tactical opportunities.● Configure and optimize A+ content, Amazon Storefront, and product listings across all European marketplaces to enhance visibility and conversion rates.● Set up and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and other promotional campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic to clients' Amazon listings.● Provide technical support to the team in resolving client account issues, troubleshooting, and optimizing account and listing performance.● Identify and address any gaps in service offerings by seeking out new partnerships and resources to meet client needs effectively.● Mentor and assist junior colleagues within the Account Management Team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.What we are looking for:● Proven experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central platforms, including proficiency in navigating and utilizing their features effectively.● Familiarity with Amazon Vendor chargeback processes and protocols, with a track record of effectively managing and resolving such issues.● Strong personality with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.● Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.● Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.● Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture while paying meticulous attention to detail.● Process-driven and highly organized, capable of implementing efficient workflows and systems to streamline operations.● Self-motivated, process-oriented, and fluent in English for effective communication.What you’ll get in return:● Opportunity to collaborate with clients from around the world.● We are a 100% remote company - So you can work wherever you want with us.● Freedom to innovate and make a tangible impact on our company's growth.● Above market-based salary with strong growth opportunitiesJoin us at Meezy and be part of an exciting journey as we continue to expand and evolve in the fast-paced world of tech startups.
