Amazon Account Administrator/Customer Support in Trader Jack & Co.

We are looking for a responsible, ambitious, and self-motivated individual to join our team and help us maintain the quality of our Amazon account and listings. You will be provided with all the necessary tools for your work and will closely collaborate with your coordinator.  This position will require your deep dive into our products, understanding how it works and we would need your advice on how to make them better.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage listings attributes

• Communicate with Amazon support (calls and text)

• Set up deals, promotions, coupons

• Generate and analyze reports

• Customer support

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills

• Proficiency in Excel

• English: B2 level is required

• Experience with Amazon is a plus

• Experience in e-commerce is a plus

• Attention to details

• Result-oriented mindset

About the Position:

• Remote job

• Starting salary of $600 per month

• Full-time (8 hours per day)
