Hiring process:

Introductory meeting with CTO (30 mins).

1. Technical discussion and online coding session with a team member(s) (1 hour).

2. Technical interview (VP R&D) (1 hour).

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Algorithms Developer to join our R&D team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our technological core.
 

What You Will Do:

• Design, build, and optimize proprietary calculation engine components.
• Research and implement algorithms to enhance runtime and memory efficiency.
• Ensure the quality of the engine in both development and production environments.
• Integrate algorithmic components into various parts of the system.
   

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills, particularly in Linear Algebra.
• B.Sc. or B.A. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• High proficiency in Numpy.
• Deep understanding of vectorized operations.
• Practical experience with web technologies, including web APIs.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
