Our Team : We are an R&D Team in Huawei Warsaw Research Center, we are composed of top young competitive programming medalists with strong hands-on low-level performance optimization experience and deep understanding of algorithms. • Currently have at least Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in C/C++.
• Experience in writing performance focused code.
• Familiarity with the Linux environment and its tools.
• Familiarity with computer architecture and understanding of the principles of computer system.
• Competitive programming background - participated at least national level competition programming


Nice to have:

• Ability to learn fast and solve complex problems in new environments.
• Experience with SIMD and knowledge of modern CPU features.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of compression algorithms.
• A deep understanding of mathematics.
