UAV pilot training instructor in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a UAV pilot training instructor for one of our partners - a technology company that works with modern robotic solutions and provides professional training of UAV operators.

This role combines hands-on work with unmanned systems and participation in the educational process, where your experience is directly transformed into the knowledge of others. Main duties:

• Preparation, launch and maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicles.

• Conducting theoretical classes and practical flights with cadets.

• Control of technical the state of UAVs and related equipment.

• Planning flight routes, analyzing weather conditions, performing takeoffs and landings.

• Conducting technical inspections, maintaining documentation and reporting.

• Advising users in chats about the training process.

• Training and field trips locations.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience with aircraft-type UAVs.

• Understands the principles of flight, the operation of engines, electricity and battery systems.

• Orients himself in the basics of meteorology, safety and flight rules.

• Able to act quickly and efficiently in non-standard situations.

• Has a high level of technical literacy, attentiveness and responsibility.

• Able to teach, clearly explain and work with groups.

• Stress-resistant, team player, ready to work in field conditions.

• Experience in training or coaching will be important advantage.
