AI video editor in THE GODS

Role:
Creation and scaling of AI creatives for performance campaigns. Generation of connections through motion and further uniqueness and scaling through AI tools. Work on volume and results with the prospect of growth as a junior motion designer.

Key tasks:  

- generation of creatives for the task of the media buying team.- Creation of connections (primary generation - through motion). 

- Scalability and uniqueness of creatives through AI. 

- Preparation of static visuals and creatives for testing. 

- Adaptation of creatives to different formats, geos and hypotheses.- work within the framework of quantitative KPI.

Areas of responsibility:

- Execution of the set volumetric KPI. 

- quick adaptation of creatives based on test results. 

- Adherence to deadlines and discipline in the work process.

- Correct use of the company's AI resources (strictly according to purpose).

- Maintaining a stable work pace and quality when scaling. 

- Interaction with the motion designer and media buying team. 

Candidate profile:

- Basic understanding of AI tools (minimum experience is acceptable). 

- Desired experience in editing/motion. 

- Responsibility, attention to details. 

- Fast learning. 

- willingness to work intensively and for results. 

Will be a plus:  

- Practical experience with AI. 

- Experience in creating creatives in traffic arbitration. 

- Understanding the principles of scaling and unique connections. 

- Experience with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CR).
