AI Video Creative Designer in Mornhouse

Hello! We develop and monetize applications for Android and iOS. We are looking for a strong junior or middle creative designer with experience in a similar position. We will be glad to see you in our team!

Requirements:

• Confident command of After Effects;

• Understanding composition, tempo, rhythm in short videos;

• Basic skills of sound design;

• Understanding the principles of AI-tools (Runway, KLING, 400); Image-to-Video;

• Auto Captioning Skills;

• Knowledge of 9:16, 16:9 formats, codecs and optimization for social media; text-decoration: none">Basic skills in Figma / Photoshopnt-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Ability to think in a marketing way: understanding what will hook a user in the first seconds of a video;

• Knowledge or interest in TikTok / Meta / YouTube advertising trends;

• The ability to adapt the tone of voice to different applications;

• Sense of storytelling and humor in advertising.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in mobile advertising, gaming or lifestyle apps;

• Understanding creative analytics (CTR, watch time, conversions);

• Skills in sound design or working with music in videos;

• Ability to quickly adapt to feedback and experiment with formats.

• Responsibility and attention to detail;

• Self-organization, ability to work at a fast pace;

• Readiness for teamwork and collaboration with other motion designers.

Responsibilities:

• Generation and implementation of ideas for advertising video content using AI tools and After Effects;

• Working with 3D or AI-video materials, adaptation of models, animations and scenes;

• Optimization of rendering and export of content for different platforms;

• Creating high-quality, visually appealing compositions;">Collaboration with a team of designers, marketers and producers video product.
