AI Solution Architect / Team Lead in Sense Bank

Architect / Team Lead who will lead the new AI team in the bank and define the technical strategy for the use of artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for the architecture of AI solutions, their integration with banking systems, optimization of resources and the implementation of innovations that create real business value. You will combine the role of an architect and a team leader: from strategic vision to technical implementation. the needs of the bank and the search for solutions using AI;

You are suitable if you have:

• experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions;
• management and team development skills;
• high communication skills with management and business customers;
• knowledge of modern architectural patterns and development methodologies;
• high level of programming in languages such as Python, Java, .NET, C/C++ or JavaScript;
• experience with ML, CV or AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.);
• experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning - as an advantage);
• deep understanding of the concepts of artificial intelligence/machine learning, agent programming, operational engineering and model evaluation;
• MLOps skills of deployment and scaling of developed solutions;
• knowledge of the current AI market: tools, ready-made solutions and usage features.
