AI Solution Architect (freelance based consulting) in 3asoft

3asoft is a young software development company mainly focused on Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Teams and IT Consulting services worldwide.

Due to our successful involvement in developing several AI projects, we are actively expanding our expertise in this domain, especially in Generative AI.

Now, we are seeking an experienced and proactive person who will play a particular role in our expansion of the AI market.

As an AI Architect, you will:

- Take part in sales processes engaging with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements

- Lead and delegate the architectural design and AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing systems, computer vision applications, data pipelines, etc. (on client demand)

- Take part in candidate validation helping us to match them with clients' requests technically, proving our slogan "the perfect match is the only option"

Our expectations:

- Experience in taking part in sales/pre-sales activities with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs

- Experience in closely working with clients to understand business objectives and align AI solutions with strategic goals

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

- Proven experience as an AI Architect/CTO or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing AI solutions

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

- Solid experience in cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)

- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong English skills both spoken and written (b2+)

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
