We are looking for a "Head of the Data Research Area / AI Product Owner"

 Future tasks:

• ensures the compliance of the product strategy with the strategic development plan of the tribe;
• collects, supports, updates and prioritizes the backlog of the product, in particular based on: vision and expectations of customers, business lines, benchmarking, internal bandwidth;
• ensures effective communication with stakeholders, defines and analyzes their needs;
• transforms customer needs into user stories or any business requirements previously agreed upon by the team;
• manages both financial and quality KPIs of the product;
• determines directions and actions, necessary for the execution of the overall product strategy;
• timely identifies and manages dependencies of the product from other teams inside and outside the tribe;
• identification, control and escalation of risks arising during product development to the head of the tribe; 
• ensures transparency and understanding of the product backlog by all team members;
• determines MVPs to meet customer needs as quickly as possible and receive feedback to determine directions for further product development;
• ensures team development within their competencies;
• organizes communication with other teams within and outside the tribe for effective product development;
• maintains regular communication with the sponsor and stakeholders to support the overall vision of the product strategy;
• reports quarterly on product performance (budget, revenue, KPIs, issues, customer feedback);
• ensures the productivity of the product team, availability of necessary resources.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Completion degree in Computer Science/Technical/Finance (Bachelor, master, graduate student, phd)
• Experience as a manager in the relevant field for at least 3 years
• Experience in team management / project management / work in a SCRUM-team for at least 3 years
• Experience in working with AI tools/techniques/technologies for at least 5 years
• Practical experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions in the field of at least 4 years
• Owning Agile & Scale practices. The ability to organize the work of an Agile team.
• Experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions in the organization;
• Knowledgeknowledge of regulatory framework of Regulators and group standards regarding Product and Banking and/or Financial Sector
• English level - not lower than Upper-Intermediate
• Experience of working in a business unit
• Experience of working in a product/tribe team
