AI Product Manager in IT Step Academy

International Computer Academy "IT Step Academy" is an educational institution with 116 branches in 25 countries of the world, specializing in IT education since 1999.

We invite a specialist who will take undertake the full cycle of creating control and coordination of educational products from idea to launch and scaling. You will create in-demand courses that deliver real practical outcomes for students.

Responsibilities:

• Design product: Development of curricula and course programs (from free lead magnets to flagship products);

• Working with experts: "Unloading" meanings from the expert, help in creating content, quality and relevance control of material;

• Marketing packaging: Defining a unique sales offer, working on content for landing pages, presentations and advertising creatives;  style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Packaging for sales: formation of a value proposition for the product, training on handling customer objections.

We expect from the candidate:

• The ability to structure complex information; educational product;

• Marketing thinking: You know how to describe the educational program in the language of benefits for the client;

• Do you understand how to package the program so that it is competitive;

• Project management skills: Ability to work with task managers, meet deadlines and facilitate team communication.

Would be a plus: 

• Case studies on launching educational products from scratch to first sales;

• Understanding and experience in marketing;

• English not lower than Upper Intermediate level.
