AI Optimization Specialist in JobHunt

We are looking for an AI Optimization Specialist.

No "neural networks that change the world". Without the "synergy of man and machine". No "artificial intelligence that feels love".

We just want businesses to work smarter. So that no one does manually what AI can do. We are not looking for a Data Scientist with a PhD. We are looking for a person who sees where it is inefficient - and makes it efficient. The one who can say: "This can be automated." "It has to be connected to the base." "It can be done through AI." And not just saying - but doing.

What will need to be done:

• Analyze business processes - from recruiting to production - and find places where AI can save time, money or nerves.
• Integrate AI solutions: chatbots, scripts, video analytics systems, database searches, automatic data processing.
• Choose tools: from ChatGPT API and Claude to Zapier, Make, Python scripts or Power BI - everything that helps.
• Test, experiment, show the result.

You are ideal if:

• You know how modern AI models work (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Llama, etc.).
• You can combine several tools into one workflow (via API, integrators or just logic).
• You know how to work with data (tables, databases, CSV, SQL, Python, Power Automate - anything).
• You don't just "use AI", but you understand how to make it work for a result.
• And most importantly, you have a healthy skepticism to phrases like "this is how it's always been done".

Will be a plus:

• Experience in business process automation, analytics or DevOps.
• Ability to make an MVP quickly (and then to the mind).
