Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in ML / data science / applied AI
• Proficient in Python and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Process knowledge: data collection > preprocessing > training > validation > production
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for training and deploying models
• Understanding how MLOps practices (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes) work - a plus
• Must have experience in one or in several areas: NLP, computer vision, time-series, recommender systems
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical problems

Responsibilities:

• Development, training and implementation of ML and DL models
• Preparation and processing of large datasets, construction of data pipelines
• Cooperation with developers, analysts and product teams to implement models into the product
• Exploration of new approaches: testing, experiments, A/B, fine-tuning
• Optimization of models for performance, accuracy, speed
• Architecture documentation, experiments and solutions
