AI/ML Engineer in SmartTender

We are looking for a Middle AI/ML Engineer, who will be responsible for the construction and support ML/LLM pipelines and development of AI infrastructure.

What will be required to do:

Development and support of ML/LLM infrastructure

• Design and implementation of ML/LLM pipelines (training, inference).
• Setting up environments for training models.
• Monitoring the performance of models in production.

MLOps practices

• Selection of training models and methods, preparation of training data.
• Automation (CI/CD) of training processes and deployment of models.
• Versioning of models, data and experiments.
• Implementation of monitoring and logging systems.

Working with LLM

• Development of solutions based on LLM (Gemini, OpenAI and others).
• Prompt engineering and query optimization.
• Integration with vector databases for semantic search.

Our expectations:

• Proficient in Python (2+ years of commercial experience).
• Experience building AI/ML pipelines from scratch to production (at least 1 project).
• Practical work with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Understanding the principles of working with LLM models and experience in their use.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for working with data.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with various stakeholders.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with FastAPI, VertexAI, Pinecone, Chroma, Tesseract, EasyOCR.
• Experience with at least onefrom cloud platforms: AWS, GCP or Azure.
