Mandatory skills and experience:

• 2+ years of commercial experience with Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, HuggingFace.
• Practice in creating, training, adapting and deploying ML models (NLP, speech recognition).
• Experience with LLM and transformer models: fine-tuning, RAG, generation responses/actions. Data engineering: feature engineering, data preprocessing/postprocessing, data validation.
• Understanding ML/DL-approaches, research cycle and model development.
• Deployment of models in production (FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Development of inference/training/monitoring pipelines (in the cloud or on-prem).
• Integration with cloud AI platforms: Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Claude, etc.
• Development of API services that wrap models and ensure their production readiness (stability, scalability)
• English - B1 Intermediate

What you will do:

• Conduct research, analyze data, and build hypotheses
• Build and coordinate AI agents to automate logistics, customer, and back-office processes
• Train, configure, and deploy models to production
• Develop APIs to wrap models, ensuring scalability and stability
• Participate in the formation of the company's AI strategy, experiments and prototyping

What qualifications and experience are required:

• Experience with analytical, transactional, hybrid and vector databases (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Development knowledge front-end part of web applications
• Experience in generating documents or answers with the help of LLM
• Building AI-agentities: Langchain, CrewAI, AutoGen, open-agents
• Knowledge of LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Memory Graph
• Understanding the architecture of multi-agent systems
• Experience integrating LLM into corporate products
• Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps approaches
