We expect the consultant to have significant experience in developing and implementing ML models that can efficiently process and analyze vast amounts of visual and audio data to aid urban planning, public safety and infrastructure management. Experience and qualifications: 5+ years of commercial software development experience with a significant focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies; Strong knowledge of machine learning principles, neural networks and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras; Demonstrated experience in image and audio recognition technologies, with the ability to develop and deploy models that can accurately analyze and interpret data; Experience with methods of predictive analysis and their application to real scenarios; Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) will be an advantage as it can improve interaction with diverse datasets and integration of text analytics; Proven experience working with large data sets and complex algorithms, ability to optimize ML models for performance and accuracy; Confident programming skills in Python, Ra, or Java, with additional experience working with software development environments and tools; Knowledge of data engineering, including solutions for data collection, processing and storage; Experience working with cloud and local computing platforms and understanding their use for scaling AI/ML solutions; Competence in the use of APIs and common sets for software development to integrate the functionality of AI and wider applications; Availability of public data on AI/ML projects completed in recent years and AI/ML certificates; Strong communication and teamwork skills, fluency in English at Upper-intermediate level or higher; Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders to determine requirements and deliver solutions.
