About the team and the role:

We are looking for an expert who knows how to take turnkey initiatives: from gathering needs and designing a solution to implementation, support of changes and measurable business effect.

The focus is AI and automation (in particular, based on the Google stack), but the role is versatile: you can switch between other IT initiatives where strong delivery/BA/Change expertise is required.

Primary responsibilities:

• Create and improve processes, methods and tools: provision of services and management of IT resources and interaction with employees (regulations, templates, checklists, instructions)
• Synchronize AI solutions with real banking processes: form use-cases, prepare prototypes within the limits of the approved stack, launch pilots and integrate into the daily work of divisions
• Implement and develop the AI/ML ecosystem on initiative and practice levels: rules of use, prompt library, typical scenarios, approach to quality and result validation
• Develop a culture of Prompt Engineering: create and maintain prompt templates, guidelines, how-to examples, conduct briefings for teams
• Work with AI risks at a practical level: reduce “hallucinations” through proper context/validation, ground rules against leakage personal data, avoiding bias in usage scenarios (where relevant)
• Control the use of AI licenses and AI solutions by employees: adoption support, communication, feedback collection, improvement proposals
• Ensure measurable effect of implementations: fix goals/metrics, collect pilot results, describe time savings/process quality
• Lead tasks, artifacts and agreements in Jira/Confluence: user stories, acceptance criteria, statuses, decisions, risks
• As needed - prepare statements for technical teams (integrations, accesses, data), coordinate with architecture/security, but without mandatory code development

Basic requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in PM / BA / Delivery Manager / Change Manager roles
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience or solid orientation in AI tools (LLM) at the implementation level: use-cases, prompts, QA, safe use
• Ability to structure tasks: decomposition, prioritization, roadmap, execution control
• Skill in describing processes and requirements (BPMN/flow, user stories, acceptance criteria, simple BRD/FRD)
• Understanding ITIL principles and change/incident management at an applied level
• Basic understanding of API/integrations and development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong communication, discipline та вміння працювати в режимі багатозадачності

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, administration or close to it)
• Experience with AI/ML initiatives (NLP, search, classification, scoring, etc.) at implementation/coordination and quality control level
• Experience or familiarity with Claude (Anthropic) and understanding of differences/limitations of LLM models in applied cases (quality of answers, context, validation).
• Basic understanding of cloud AI platforms and services and their practical application in a corporate environment: AWS (in particular AWS Bedrock), GCP (Vertex AI)
• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem and AI capabilities (for example, Atlassian Rovo AI)
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level (B1+) (for work with documentation)
