About the Role: As an AI Implementation Specialist, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI technologies in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to integrate AI solutions into our payment and crypto platform, learning and growing your skills along the way.

What You’ll Do:

1. Assist in developing and implementing AI models for fraud detection and risk assessment
2. Help optimize our payment processes using machine learning algorithms
3. Contribute to the design and deployment of AI-driven customer experience enhancements
4. Learn to analyze AI system performance and provide insights
5. Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate AI solutions
6. Stay current with the latest AI trends and technologies in fintech
7. Utilize and integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude.ai, and other appropriate platforms to enhance our processes and solutions
8. Educate and train team members across departments on the effective and responsible use of AI tools
9. Develop guidelines and best practices for AI usage within the company

What We’re Looking For:

1. Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
2. Strong foundation in programming, particularly Python
3. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
4. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.ai, with the ability to apply them effectively in practical scenarios
5. Eagerness to learn and apply AI technologies in a practical setting
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
9. Curiosity about fintech, crypto and the payments industry
10. Proactive in exploring and recommending new AI tools and technologies that could benefit our processes
