We are looking for someone who is technically adept and driven by the challenge of integrating advanced AI technologies into real-world applications to enhance mental health and well-being.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.Strong background in computer engineering principles and second nature as a Machine Learning Researcher.Extensive experience with Python and familiarity with AI model deployment frameworks.Proven track record of working with LLMs, including integration via APIs and deployment of models open source AI communities like Hugging Face.Understanding deploying and managing scalable AI systems, focusing on reliability and efficiency.Will Be a PlusPractical experience in fine-tuning and training LLMs and familiarity with other AI architectures, particularly text-to-speech (TTS) models.Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure related to AI deployment and scaling.Experience with AWS services and tooling, enhancing the ability to deploy and manage AI solutions in a scalable and efficient manner.ResponsibilitiesLead the integration of closed-sourced AI models accessible through APIs, including working with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen.Deploy and serve open-source AI models, primarily from Hugging Face and other AI communities, ensuring their scalability and efficiency.Develop and maintain codebase in Python for AI model deployment, monitoring, and management.Manage user, feedback, and content databases (structured, unstructured, and vector DBs).Control data ingestion pipelines, experience in data engineeringWork closely with the product and engineering teams to incorporate AI functionalities that enhance user interaction and engagement.Experiment with and fine-tune LLMs, text-to-speech (TTS) models, and other AI models to improve personalized user experiences.Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies, applying innovative solutions to solve complex challenges in healthcare technology.We OfferUS and EU projects based on advanced technologies.Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.Annual performance appraisals.Flexibility in workspace, either remote or in one of our development offices.
