AI Developer/ML Engineer (Python) in ProArea Digital Agency

The Role:
As our sole developer, you'll design and develop a groundbreaking MAF, laying the foundation for a future Hierarchical Autonomous Agent Swarm (HAAS) framework. Leverage offline Large Language Models (LLMs) to create a powerful and versatile system.

Responsibilities:
● Conduct in-depth research on existing multi-agent systems and Hierarchical;
Reinforcement Learning (HRL) techniques to inform the design of agent communication, collaboration, and decision-making protocols within the HAAS architecture;
● Design and develop a robust MAF with core functionalities, including:
○ Secure and efficient agent communication protocols
○ Dynamic task delegation and collaboration mechanisms
○ Integration with open LLM APIs for hybrid offline/online configurations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini);
● Implement cutting-edge techniques like offline knowledge distillation to empower LLMs within the MAF to function without an internet connection;
● Design a modular architecture to facilitate future expansion towards a hierarchical agent structure (SOB, Executive Agents) for the HAAS framework;
● Ensure the framework adheres to ethical AI principles throughout development;
● Develop a comprehensive testing strategy to guarantee code quality and robust agent behavior;
● Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Required Skills (must):
● 3+ years of proven software development experience
● Deep understanding of AI concepts, specifically multi-agent systems (MAS) and communication protocols;
● Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and their functionalities (machine learning, NLP);
● Familiarity with offline knowledge distillation techniques;
● Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, RLlib);
● Experience with secure communication protocols;
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
● Ability to work independently and manage a complex project;
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills (optional):
● Experience with Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning (HRL);
● Familiarity with offline knowledge distillation techniques.
