AI Content Producer in BetterMe

About the team:

We are looking for a team at AI Content Producer, who will strengthen the AI direction in content production and help operationally implement AI solutions within the existing production process.

This is a role with a focus on implementation, optimization and scaling of AI tools. You will work in close cooperation with the creative and content teams and external contractors, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the AI-production pipeline.

The role involves deep immersion in AI-tools, a producer approach to tasks and responsibility for the quality and speed of AI-content.

Your future tasks:

• Operational implementation and optimization of AI-pipeline for creating photo, video, graphic and text content.
• Selection, testing and integration of AI-tools in production and post-production.
• Generation and processing of AI-content (auto-editing, upscaling, adaptation to short-form).
• Preparation of performance-creatives and scaling of content.
• Prompt engineering for scripts, videos and content templates.
• Adherence to tone of voice and quality control of AI content.
• Search and coordination of contractors within AI tasks.
• Conducting AI experiments and A/B testing.

What do you need for this?

• Practical experience with generative AI-tools (text, image, video).
• Understanding the principles of writing prompts and the ability to adapt them to various technical tasks.
• Experience in digital marketing content production, post-production.
• System thinking and production approach.
• English - from Upper Intermediate.
• Would be an advantage: experience in the fitness / wellness niche and working with automation tools.
