AI Content Manager in ONLAYN ROZROBKI, TOV

Kraken Leads is a dynamic company with Ukrainian roots that has been promoting iGaming products for more than 6 years, focusing on providing comprehensive SEO solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AI Content Manager who will take full responsibility for the content creation process for our SEO projects. This role combines strategic thinking, operational management and creativity.

Your future tasks:

• Manage the full content cycle for SEO projects, planning, commissioning, editing and publishing content according to technical guidelines and deadlines;
• Work closely with the SEO team and other departments to align content strategy with overall business goals and ensure consistent quality of all deliverables;
• Ensure timely completion of content tasks with a consistent level of quality and minimal rework (up to 10% per month);
• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, share updates, analyze results and participate in process improvement discussions;
• Provide regular feedback to technical and product teams on website functionality, internal tools and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity;
• Continuously research, test and propose new tools, services and models to optimize, automate and scale content operations;

• Actively develop skills related to artificial intelligence (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.), to increase productivity and innovation in daily work.

Our expectations:

• From 0.5-1 years of experience as a content writer, content manager or similar content-related position;
• Proven experience in SEO content creation, understanding of keyword strategy, user intent and optimization pages;
• Experience in iGaming projects (casinos, betting, slots or related niches);
• Practical experience with artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar, with an understanding of using artificial intelligence to create and edit content;
• Basic knowledge of JSON or prompt engineering will be a significant advantage;
• Proficiency in English at a level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; knowledge of additional languages (especially European) will be an advantage;
• Important attention to detail, ability to manage multiple streams of content simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner;

• Open minded, eager to learn and willingness to constantly improve skills in the field of artificial intelligence and SEO.
