Requirements: Higher agronomic education; Experience as an agronomist from 5 years; protection); Understanding the advantages and possibilities of precision agriculture systems; Ability to work with large amounts of data, attention; plants, protection from pests and diseases, as well as irrigation and feeding schedules). Creation of detailed plans and maps for each stage of growing vegetable crops, taking into account the specifics of the soil, climatic conditions and the characteristics of varieties. Management of seasonal workers. Organization and coordination of the work of a team of up to 20 people. Distribution of responsibilities and tasks, according to technological maps and work plans. Providing advanced training of employees and their training in scientifically based methods of work in the field. Monitoring of the state of crops and soil: Regular observation of the growth and development of plants, analysis of the state of the soil, humidity, the availability of nutrients and the need to apply fertilizers or adjust the composition of the soil. Implementation of scientific approaches: Implementation of the latest scientific achievements and innovative methods in the process of growing vegetable crops to increase productivity and product quality. Experimentation with new varieties of vegetables adapted to local conditions. Control of compliance with agrotechnical measures: Ensure that all work in the field is carried out in accordance with technological maps and scientific recommendations, including timely watering, fertilization, treatment from pests and diseases. Data analysis and optimization of processes: Collection and analysis of data on crop results, the effectiveness of implemented agrotechnical techniques, with the aim of optimizing processes and increasing labor productivity Interaction with scientific and research institutes: Constant communication with agronomic research centers and universities to exchange experience, receive consultations and implement advanced cultivation methods Preparation of reports.
