What we will task you with:

• Be responsible for developing or changing product strategy with the goal of maximizing its value.
• Conduct market research, competitors, user needs to make management decisions.
• Develops and analyzes product metrics to assess business process performance or product profitability.
• Manage the product backlog, ensure its transparency, availability and understanding.
• Monitor backlog execution and progress.
• Responsible for interacting with cross-functional team members on product design approval, technical tasks, user story generation, and product acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize tasks for the development team.
• Be responsible for proposing and testing hypotheses regarding the implementation of product improvements and refinements.
• Report on the achievement of product target results (satisfaction level/economic impact).

• Have 3 years of IT product management and development experience.
• Experience in product development strategy development.
• Managed a team of <10 FTE.
• Knowledge of subject area of ​​business and product.
• Knowledge of methodology and principles of IT product development.
• Basic technical skills: skills in testing, programming, working with databases, generating reports.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to conduct research: qualitative (interviews, surveys, etc.), quantitative market research, Customer Development (CustDev), A/B testing, assessing the potential of new functionality, designing experiments and interpreting results according to metrics.
• Knowledge and ability to analyze data and product metrics.
• Practical experience in the application of planning methods: Canvas methods, the concept of Lean Production and critical chain.
• Calculation of economic indicators, financial modeling and calculation of a product business plan.
• Knowledge of theory and practice in Digital Marketing
