Our employee in this position:

• Administers project portfolios in accordance with internal standards and monitors their compliance with company requirements
• Develops, updates and maintains a single consolidated project schedule within the boundaries portfolio
• Provides methodological support to project teams: advises on standards, procedures and best practices
• Provides instrumental support: provides document templates, instructions and support in their use
• Controls the availability of all necessary project documentation, is responsible for its preservation and availability (SharePoint, Teams)
• Logs decisions made within projects, monitors them implementation
• Ensures compliance with project management standards in agro-production, monitors implementation and efficiency
• Regularly informs interested parties about the status of project implementation and key stages of implementation

We invite you to an interview,if you have are:

• Basic knowledge of technologies for growing the main agricultural crops
• Understanding the biological features of cultivated plants, as well as knowledge about the main pests, diseases and weeds
• Experience of working with digital agricultural tools or agro-applications (AgriTech)
• Basic understanding of the principles of project management (project management)
• Experience of interaction with large teams and work with large amounts of data
