BO "Caritas Kamianske" is looking for an agricultural expert in the team
Implementation and support of the project implementation system (assessment questionnaire, cost calculations, methodologies, SOPs).
Implementation and development of accountability and awareness of the local team.
Development of project sustainability concept and strategy, research and needs assessment.
Communication, coordination and support professional relations with other organizations and institutions.
Collection of data, evaluation of the program.
Monitoring project implementation and drawing up regular reports based on monitoring visits to project beneficiaries.
Study of best practices in the field of small and medium-sized farming and dissemination of knowledge in the Agri Livelihoods program. Development and improvement of program components, preparation of calculations and calculation of costs in the fields of livestock and poultry farming.
Providing information to the local project manager about the progress and activities of the project.
Assisting in the development of questionnaires, databases, selection criteria, survey questionnaires.
Ensuring compliance of the project activities with the policies and procedures of Caritas of Ukraine and the local organization Caritas.
Development of agricultural support and development programs and innovations
Ability to analyze business plans, as well as financial models in the field of agriculture
Requirements:
Higher agricultural education (preferably agrarian management, agricultural economics);
Experience in implementation of projects, grants is desirable.
Experience in communication with agricultural producers and specialized agribusiness institutions, basic knowledge in the field of agronomy.
Experience in non-profit organizations or previous volunteer experience.
Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English language proficiency - Intermediate and above.
