Our company, like our main product, is already 4 years old. This product is highly leveraged and profitable, and it allows us to grow and develop our employees, scale, and invest in new internal startups.

In this position, you will need to solve the following tasks:

• Ensuring the delivery of tasks from the product team;
• Creation and maintenance of text documentation;
• Assessment and analysis of delivery quality;
• Debugging and optimization of the task delivery process;
• Optimizing the work of the technical team;
• Providing recommendations on improving delivery processes for other products;
• Development team management;
• Conducting and observing all scrum ceremonies;
• Analysis of process and team effectiveness;
• Cooperation with other team members within the project;
• Reporting on the work of the development team.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• You have 3+ years of experience in the position of Agile Project Manager (Delivery Manager );
• You have deep knowledge of various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Scrum, Kanban. );
• Able to analyze team performance and suggestions for improvements;
• You have experience in managing several teams and projects at the same time;
• You have experience with teams divided into Streams;
• You have experience with Jira (reporting, automation, plugins);
• You know how to formulate technical tasks and tasks;
• You know how to plan and prioritize tasks;
• Have the ability to interact effectively with subordinates, line colleagues and management.

Will be a plus:

• Ability to identify potential project risks;
• Ability to estimate financial costs for the performance of works;
• You have experience in project budgeting;
• You have experience with ScriptRunner.

Have professional certifications:

• PMI (Project Management Institute) certification;
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
