Foster aculture oftransparency, accountability, and continuous learning within the team. Qualifications: Proven experience asaProject Manager orScrum Master insoftware development environment. Strong knowledge ofPM and Agile methodologies, principles, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability tolead and motivate cross-functional teams.
