Agile Coach in PUMB (First Ukrainian International Bank)

Requirements:

—Experience in an enterprise (banks, large companies)
—Experience of 2 years in similar positions Possesses tools and techniques for implementing changes understands the key changes needed in the organization to create new products/services and implement agile approaches
—Experience of successfully using agile practices
—Experience in the role of Scrum Master / Agile Coach // Product owner

Will be a plus:

- Experience working in Agile transformation projects
- Experience working with business teams

The role includes:

Helps the team comply with the values ​​and principles of an agile approach and effectively deliver value to the client. To do this, he/she:
- Coaches product owners and teams working on the product (helps the product owner better understand how to express value, manage backlog, plan work with the team, helps teams with self-organization, sets up participants to achieve results , and also helps the team overcome obstacles)
- Facilitates events from team level to top management
- Trains employees on team roles and helps develop necessary skills, makes sure the team sees opportunities for growth
—Helps employees at the organizational level understand the essence of agile approaches and creates a favorable environment for their implementation
—Helps the product owner in finding effective ways to manage stakeholder expectations
—Helps the team in finding effective ways to manage external dependencies />—Identifies inefficiencies in the team's work, ensures their transparency and helps the team in finding ways to eliminate them
—Performs stakeholder coaching on team interaction approaches with the goal of keeping the team accountable for the decisions made
—Performs agile team coaching culture and values ​​as the basis of a team culture aimed at creating high-value products
- Eliminates systemic obstacles at the organizational level
