The goal of the position:to contribute to the implementation and development of approaches (Agile), in teams and organizations. Improve work efficiency, product quality and customer satisfaction through training, mentoring, coaching and facilitation style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">About project/team 1: 10 IT teams. The mission of the domain is to deliver digital onboarding and digital banking customer experience for retail customers. Domain is responsible for retail customer digital onboarding including pre-application, application submission, identity verification, account setup, chatbot and initial product activation (account opening). He is responsible for all processes for customer-facing digital channels (PB24 web and mob).

About project/team 2:8 IT teams (about 60 people). Scope: responsibility for the development, implementation and provision of cash management services, including the collection, conversion, storage and delivery of cash and other valuables for internal and external customers, as well as the management of cash flows and the related end-to-end customer journey (E2E customer journey).

Main responsibilities:

  • Implementation of management strategy in the implementation of modern approaches (Lean startup, Agile development, Growth Hacking, Design Thinking, Innovation Management) to product definition and development
  • Application of various Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.) depending on the context and needs of the team/organization. Formation and support of Agile culture in the organization and development of the internal community of Agile practitioners
  • Training and mentoring of Scrum masters, Product Owners and members of development teams in Agile principles, practices and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
  • Analysis of the impact of Agile practices on the productivity and quality of team work
  • Tracking, analysis and provision of proposals to increase the level of satisfaction of business customers regarding the organization of work, speedtypes and qualities of the implementation of IT changes
  • Developing an assessment of the levels of implementation of Agile practices by teams and the level of development of Agile competencies in the organization
  • Tracking the progress of teams in implementing Agile practices and achieving goals, analyzing metrics and providing feedback to teams and management
  • Assisting and facilitating teams in self-organization, detection and removing obstacles, improving communication and cooperation, and facilitating the exchange of experiences and best practices between teams
  • Using coaching techniques to stimulate personal and professional potential in an Agile context
  • Providing advice on the application of specific Agile practices
  • Developing and adapting Agile frameworks and practices to the specifics of the organization
  • Developing and implementation of organizational changes aimed at increasing flexibility and adaptability
  • Collaboration with management to support Agile transformation
  • Identification of system problems and obstacles that hinder the effective work of Agile teams
  • Evaluation of progress of Agile transformation and providing recommendations for further steps
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops and trainings on Agile practices and tools for teams, managers and other employees SAFe
  • Experience of working in large companies
  • Experience of supporting 10+ IT teams
  • Agile coach certification
  • Facilitation, coaching skills, ability to create a training product and conduct trainings
  • Knowledge of SAFe, Spotify
  • Knowledge of Scrum, LeSS, Nexus
  • Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level (B2) for presentations and communication with top management
