Requirements: Higher education; Confident PC user: Word, Excel, Power Point; Ease of communication, friendliness and energy; Ability to analyze information, create reports and presentations; Ability to analyze and summarize information from other departments; Experience in the insurance market will be an advantage. Responsibilities: Work in accounting systems for insurance contracts: ensuring timely entry of information to the Agent module; correction of information in the Agents' cards (opening of new cards, prolongation of contracts, transfer to another sales channel, dismissal, etc.). Monitoring of agency contracts in the Agent module; Control over the extension of agency contracts concluded with insurance agents; Tracking of placement of contracts on portals with the Company's structural divisions; Consulting, providing assistance to the employees of the Company's structural divisions; Preparation of analytical information on the agency network; Provision of practical assistance to regional divisions on the work of the agent sales channel; Inventory of the regional network.
