Affiliate Team Lead (Nutra, IGaming) in Kopiyka V.I., FOP

Now we are looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Affiliate Team Lead (Nutra / IGaming) who is ready to lead our team and further develop relationships with partners around the world. The main thing we expect from you: from 1 year of experience in a similar position (vertical Nutra or IGaming) and general experience in affiliate marketing from 2 years; English language at level B2 or higher; knowledge and experience of working with basic metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC) and types of monetization (RevShare, CPA, CPL, flat, hybrid); the ability to work with large volumes of information, systematize, analyze data and process it; ability to build and optimize Affiliate processes, conduct effective negotiations and establish business relations. What are your future tasks: develop and implement affiliate team strategies; coordinate the work of the affiliate team, monitor the implementation of general and personal KPIs; work with top partners, engage in their support and maintenance, monitor activity; to participate in international conferences, to prepare our PP for participation; submission of reports on the work of the department.
