Affiliate Team Lead (Nutra / Gambling) in Arbitrage Up

Now we are looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Affiliate Team Lead (Nutra / Gambling) , who is ready to lead our team and further develop relations with partners around the world.

The main thing we expect from you:

- English at level B1 or higher;

- knowledge and experience of working with basic metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC) and types of monetization (RevShare, CPA, CPL, flat, hybrid);

ability to work with large volumes of information, systematize, analyze data and process them;

- the ability to build and optimize Affiliate processes, conduct effective negotiations and establish business relations.

What are your future tasks:

- develop and implement strategies of the affiliate team;

- coordinate the work of the affiliate team, monitor the implementation of general and personal KPIs;

- work with top partners, engage in their support, maintenance, monitor activity;

- participate in international conferences, prepare our PR for participation;

- submit reports on the work of the department.
