An international digital holding that works in 50+ countries is looking for an experienced Head of Affiliate Department to join its team. What will you do: - Develop and implement development strategies; - Build processes for attracting and integrating new partners; - Launch and scale new directions and regions; - Build analytics and transparent reporting systems to track results; - Manage, train, expand, motivate and analyze the department's performance. Experience: - You have relevant work experience as an affiliate marketing team leader from 2+ years; - Your English level B2 and above (negotiations in correspondence and calls); - You have an understanding of the technical features of partner integration; - You know how to work with a large amount of information; - You take responsibility for your work and are not afraid to show your own initiative.
